Return and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days as long as it remains in its original condition with all tags and labels still attached. Please contact us at 01949 358020 or email admin@dizzyware.co.uk to inform us of your decision. We will then request that you return the item(s) yourself. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund. Please note that refunds to credit cards can only be issued to the original card used for the purchase and may take between 5-10 working days. We value your satisfaction and strive to make the return process as easy as possible.

Obviously should your product arrive incorrect or damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can arrange a return and replacement for you.

Personalised items may not be returned unless there is an error on our part for e.g Miss-spelling of a name or wrong item personalised in which case we will replace the items at no cost to yourself.
